Today were qualifications for Grand Prix Thiais.
Russians got 3 golds in total.The first position went for Margarita Mamun (71.700), who executed very clean routines. Second was for Darya Svatkovskaya (70.417) and third for Alexandra Merkulova (69.616). The other Russian gymnast, Maria Titova got 11th position. She was upset with her results.
Team Russia made a lot of mistakes in their 3 balls 2 ribbons routine. A gymnast finished routine without a ball. In the other hand, 10 clubs routine was their best performance until today, since trainings for 10 clubs yesterday were not very good. They got gold medal.
Team Ukraine performed a fantastic 10 clubs routine, but they made some mistakes in 3 balls 2 ribbons routine. This time, Viktoriya Shynkarenko, who was training with the team, didn’t compete. They got 4th position.
Alina Maksymenko was one of the favorites today for getting a medal, but she was pretty unlucky (drops). Viktoriya Mazur did amazing turns and tricks. Her ranking was 8th (66.500) and Alina 12th 65.516). Both will be tomorrow in finals.
Silviya Miteva did some mistakes in her clubs routine (16.467), she finished in 4th position, with a score o 68.517.
Spanish group performed an amazing 10 clubs routine. However, 3 balls and 2 ribbons routine was not that good and even a gymnast went out of the carpet. They got 3rd position behind Russia and China.
China was the surprise here, they both routines were clear.
Audience supported a lot French gymnasts, especially Kseniya Moustafaeva who performed an incredible ribbon routine.
Lala Yusifova made a lot of mistakes with ball routine and with hoop. This time, hoop we nt out of the carpet and hit a photographer. Photographer gave her again the hoop (-0.50).

El equipo de Rusia fue el claro campeón en esta jornada, obteniendo 3 medallas para las gimnastas individuales y oro para el conjunto. La primera posición fue para Margarita Mamun, espectacular gimnasta, seguida de Darya Svatkovskaya y Alexandra Merkulova. La cuarta gimnasta del equipo, Maria Titova, cometió algunos errores y fue regañada en varias ocasiones por Irina Viner.
El conjunto ruso cometió demasiados errores en el ejercicio mixto, incluso finalizando la rutina con un aparato fuera del tapiz. Lograron compensar estos fallos con un dinámico y difícil ejercicio de mazas donde superaron los 17 puntos. Curiosamente, el ejercicio de mazas fue uno de los que más habían fallado durante los entrenamientos.
El conjunto ucraniano realizó una rutina de 10 mazas muy limpia, pero a pesar de ello finalizaron en cuarta posición ya que tuvieron fallos en el ejercicio mixto. Viktoriya Shynkarenko no actuó y sólo salió en el desfile, curiosamente, de gimnastas individuales.
Alina Maksymenko era una de las favoritas de la competición, pero cometió demasiados errores y caídas. Su compañera, Viktoriya Mazur finalizó en 6º posición tras Caroline Weber.
El conjunto español realizó una rutina de 10 mazas muy segura, clara y sin grandes errores, lo que hizo que obtuvieran la segunda mejor nota en este aparato. Sin embargo, el ejercicio de 3 pelotas y 2 cintas no fue tan brillantemente ejecutado, incluso una gimnasta salió fuera del tapiz (aparato incluido).
El conjunto de China fue una sorpresa, al realizar ambos ejercicios libres de fallos.
Lala Yusifova cometió demasiados errores con los ejercicios de pelota y aro respectivamente. En este último ejercicio, el aro ha salido fuera del tápiz, golpeando a un fotógrafo el cual devolvió el aro a la gimnasta.
