What is Rhythmic Gymnastics?
Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport, performed by individual gymnasts or groups. Its apparatus are: rope, ribbon, clubs, hoop, ball and free hands. Scores are determined by judges. Recently, the code of points has changed. Here you can check it:

Statements:
- The time limit for individual exercises is 1.15’ – 1.30’. For Group exercises it is 2.15’ – 2.30’.
- All routines are performed with background music (one or more instruments) . Lyrics are also allowed.
- The relationship between gymnast and apparatus must be constant.
- Gymnasts may wear tights over their leotards up to their hips
